What about a kiddie pool? I've seen ones that are oblong and rectangular shaped... you might have a wait until more like march to find one, but that might be a solution.

I believe my midwife had the ECO tub. I loved it! It had a seat for me in it and it was an oval shape. Jason wanted to buy one just to have one.

I have been an apprentice midwife for two midwives and they both offered aqua doulas. They are the big round heated ones. But really they don't take up to much space they have a 3ft dia. You can rent them from the site, they are to much to buy. also in my area midwives will rent out ones not used in the month. I love these tubs and I have never had a problem reach the client for heart tones or checks. Hope that helps!
