Getting my house ready for the birth! I am so far behind and was supposed to have everything done by last sunday...yeah, didn't happen SO it WILL be done by this sunday when I hit 38 weeks. All of the baby stuff is ready to go, but my house is a wreck.
Jonah has a bad rash that we get to go away, but when we use our prefolds it comes back. Our washer in Cleveland is SOOOO much better for stripping diapers than the one here in Toledo, so I'm packing up right now to head over there for the weekend.
This morning we had a parade and festival in our town. That was fun, Jonah's first parade. He loved it. He waved at everyone and kept clapping the whole time. I must be pregnant, because I started to cry during the parade when I saw how happy Jonah was LOL I'm also going to be saying farewell to a friend of mine while we are in Cleveland. She is moving to Texas, and probably won't ever be back. Her son is exactly a year older than Jonah, and I watched him at the day care that I worked at. She worked in the preschool room. I actually subbed for her when she was on maternity leave, and then we worked together for a little while when she came back to work. We became best friends, and are even planning on opening an online store together. I don't know what I'll do without her here; it was bad enough when she was two hours away!
We'll probably have lunch out or something. She's moving this week, so I have to see her this weekend while we're there!
