Hw many people were present (or planning to be present) at your homebirth? This includes, support people, midwives, children, etc.

Right now the for-sure head count is 5. The potential head count could be as many as 9.

When he was born, there was a total of 4 people, 2 midwives, 1 student midwife and Jason my husband. Earlier my mom and other son were present but they eventually left to her house.

I had my 2 midwives, DH and my best friend there for the birth. My girls were sleeping upstairs the whole time.

The first time around DH and a friend were there for labor. When M was actually born though it was just me and her and my mom.

This time I think it will be just me, if DH wants to be in the other room that's fine, if he has whatever else going on I don't care just as long as he isn't bothering me. If M wants to be there then I guess it'll be me and her.

Just DH and the midwife, and maybe the midwife's assistant if she has one (we haven't gotten that far yet)

Jonah will be staying with my MIL and maybe my mother if she decides to make the trip.
