1. Do you use water to manage your pain? yep! waterbirth
2. Are you worried (or were you worried) about not calling your midwife in time? I was a little worried, but not overly. I felt like I knew my body well enough to know when to call her. Timing was perfect, she came almost exactly 3 hours before Kya was born.
3. Where in your house do you plan on laboring? we had the tub set up in the area between the dining room and living room. it was the only option for it. It also happens to be right in front of the front door so that was fun, had to be a bit cautious about people going in and out!
4. How early/late were you according to your due date? 8 days past my due date
5. Did you (or will you) do any natural induction methods? nope

1. Do you use water to manage your pain? yup, planning on a water birth

2. Are you worried (or were you worried) about not calling your midwife in time? Not really... She's only 30 minutes from me. I'm more worried about her supervisor (my midwife is a student) not making it as she has a 2 hr drive.

3. Where in your house do you plan on laboring? Wherever I am comfortable

4. How early/late were you according to your due date? That's yet to be seen...

5. Did you (or will you) do any natural induction methods? I prefer not to try any induction methods.

funnily enough... my MW lives 30 minutes from me and made it no problem... but her assistant missed the whole thing but was only a few minutes away from my house!! LOL

Yes

Birth center...

1. Do you use water to manage your pain?
Yes, but I try other things aswell. Water can slow things down, and I don't want that. I try to use water in the latter part of labor.

2. Are you worried (or were you worried) about not calling your midwife in time?
I'm not worried. My MW lives almost 2 hours from us, so she said to call her when I first go into labor, not to hesitate.

3. Where in your house do you plan on laboring?
I assume all over, except for the basement and the upstairs. If it's nice out, I might go for a walk.

4. How early/late were you according to your due date?
With Hunter I was 7 days late.

5. Did you (or will you) do any natural induction methods?
With Hunter I did things that are considered to be natural methods, however I didn't do them to induce myself. I walked a lot because it helped with back pain, and I ate spicy food a lot because it helped with heartburn. I don't believe natural inductions work, I believe you are ready when you are ready.

3. Where in your house do you plan on laboring? anywhere I am comfortable. If I give birth in the kitchen than so be it!
4. How early/late were you according to your due date? Let you know when I find out!
5. Did you (or will you) do any natural induction methods? I might try them but it is a little early to worry about yet

1. Do you use water to manage your pain? Yes.
2. Are you worried (or were you worried) about not calling your midwife in time? Yes.
3. Where in your house do you plan on laboring? Most of it will probably be in my room and bathroom. But, the earlier stages might be living room and kitchen too.
4. How early/late were you according to your due date? My first three were 1-2 weeks late. My last baby was 3 weeks early because they took her early.
5. Did you (or will you) do any natural induction methods? I'm sure I will!!!!
