Has anyone used one before? Was it something you planned on, or did it just come up? Did your m/w have one?

I haven't used one but I did deliver my son Reid in a supported squat (DH behind me) and it was exactly what he needed to be born. I'm not sure if my midwife has one, if she does I don't think she had brought it with her. We were planning on a waterbirth with him.

I've never used one before, but my midwives do bring them to the birth.

I tried one with my first baby and it was just awkward. Sitting on the toilet felt better or squatting with a bar on the bed. I'd try it again.
