It went well! I didn't gain or lose any weight. I was hoping to lose some but to stay at the same is a good accomplishment in itself. In case you're wondering why I want to lose weight its because I'm overweight to begin with and my midwife and i have talked about it, we've agreed to do it right and healthy.

So, we talked about how I was feeling. I mentioned my BH and she said its normal in a 3rd pregnancy to get them more frequently and sooner like I am having. But to make sure I'm still drinking enough water and no heavy lifting. Which means I need to take it easy on lifting my 17 month old. We can still do fine with our walks but to just take it easy.

Then her student midwife measured my uterus, felt it and everything. I'm measuring at 24 weeks and then they did the doppler. He's been so wiggly and kicking/punching the last two days that it was funny to hear it on the doppler. He didn't want to cooperate with her to get his heartbeat which was 140bpm when we were able to get it haha.

Oh and we talked about me getting my IUD haha and she joked about how we're fertile together. Which was amusing but we want to plan our next baby again. Bishop is a much loved and much welcomed surprise. I feel he was given to us during a very hard time in our lives and I am so thankful for it. I can't wait to meet him now!

I go back on June 1st and then will probably start going every 2 weeks after that! It's crazy to think I'm approaching that. Crazy!
