Until after Mary was born 2 1/2 years ago I hadn't done any regular physical activity since I was a teen. This is the first time I've kept up a fitness routine through pregnancy- it is a lifesaver, I swear! My blood pressure has been better, my weight gain more controlled (but I can still eat all the time) and I'm all belly- my butt and thighs aren't getting bigger at all.

I do some cardio, strength training, and prenatal yoga each week. I aim to do something (even if it is just warm-up and stretch) every day, actually get 5-6 days a week.

I excercised while pregnant. I did a prenatal routine each day and it showed in labor.

I'm just walking about 3 miles 3-4 times a week. Better than nothing, but I can't get motivated to do as much as I'd like.

I am horrible about working out while pregnant. I'm horrible about it when not pregnant too! I stay active with my kids but I don't get in the gym or anything.
