yes! i can't live without my chiro! (well i miss my chiro from CA since we moved, I loved her she was great! i'd see her probably once a month during pregnancy and probably once every 2 months not prego) haven't found a chiro here yet but have been seeing an osteopath, she's not the same as my chiro- i miss her! i can't wait for my real chiro appt in June when I'm in FL though, hope it helps my hip!
I'm just lurking, not pregnant yet, but I see a chiropractor every other weekend. A few years ago I didn't think anything about them, but then my SIL started going to school to become one so I thought I'd check it out. Now I can't live without her! And my SIL wound up specializing in women and babies, so i'm going to get adjusted ALL the time by her when I get pregnant. And I just love that they are all about natural living. I used to think vitamins and organic food was a load of crap and only trusted MDs, but after talking to my SIL and getting on a vitamin regimen and eating more organic foods, I don't trust the MDs bc all they want to do is perscribe you pills that you really don't need. Anyways, just wanted to say I love my chiropractor!
I go very frequently during pregnancy and occasionally/as needed when I am not pregnant. Right now I am going twice a week....but I'm in pretty back shape lol. I would highly recommend it. Even if you aren't having pain to any extreme I would recommend going once a month during pregnancy to make sure your pelvic alignment isn't off, mine was so bad in my last pregnancy it caused my daughter to be breech.
