We're adjusting okay here. I just wish our schedule isn't so busy, but Jonah needs his doctor's appointments and therapies so what can we do. I'm really having a hard time keeping Jonah under control when I have to take care of Eve. He knows I can't come get him, so he runs around the house like a wild man. This would be okay except that he takes this opportunity to throw everything in the toilet, dump out the dog dishes, tear all the clothes out of his dresser (you get the point) The house is completely trashed!
Other than that, he's loving being a big brother. When she cries, if I can't get to her right away, he tries to help her. He tries to put a diaper on her, or put her hat back on. He's always giving her kisses and cuddles.
I don't think DH realizes how much work it is. He's always talking about how tired HE is, and then he gets mad when I give him the "don't even talk to me about that" look LOL. He gets to sleep all night while I take care of both kids. Jonah still doesn't sleep through the night on most nights... It's been working out that I get one to sleep and then the other one starts.
