This is such a busy time of year for me, Lily and Julia's birthdays are approaching quickly, so I'm planning their parties, along with family visiting, and balancing a newborn. Well, I guess at 7 weeks, he doesn't get to be called a newborn anymore, but rather an infant? LOL
Anyways, we are doing ok. I'm still adjusting... still feeling a tad of the blues... hoping it will pass soon.
Hungry. Tailbone hurts. Tired. Feel like it's Groundhog Day every day! And I have so much to do!!!
Honestly though this pregnancy is so much better than my first so any of my complaints are not really that bad.
I actually had a rough day today out of the blue. My stomach was all yucky and I had some strange sinus pressure. I took a quick cat nap on the couch and feel a lot better. It was really strange. I've felt really good the last 2 weeks since m/s let up. Today the crampy stuff started in though...I'm thinking my uterus is getting ready to go through a growth spurt since my tummy is still pretty flat.
I'm getting antsy to get started doing stuff, like making diapers and hemming onesies into shirts, but I have to hold off a bit. Ds1 has major $ dental work being done this week, dd's bday is next month, we're going to Utah 2 weeks later, and then ds1's bday is 2 weeks after that. Dh says we'll probably have to hold off on the u/s until September which sucks, but oh well. After that I'll buy the little bit of stuff we need. And I need to get ds2 a new carseat (he's still in the infant seat, he *just* fits and loves the darn thing!) We're getting him a Radian65 just like the older two. And we want to get them bunkbeds. Seems like so much money is going to be flowing here soon. Yikes!

I am feeling great. I started maternity leave today and it is amazing how much more energy I have when I can just focus on being a Mom/wife for a while. I am really enjoying the excitement of these last few weeks, especially since this is our last baby. Thankfully the kids and DH don't mind if I need to rest more often and everyone is doing an amazing job of keeping the house in order. We have everything we need for the birth and other than a few organizational projects that I am saving to pass the time we are just waiting for baby
