I went to bed last night with sporadic contractions and they are still here this morning but definitely stronger and more frequent. I checked in with my midwife because she had a meeting to attend and she said she woke up with a feeling she should stick close to home. Not 5 minutes later my Doula emailed to check in. So, while I am still skeptical this is the real deal it appears the universe is telling my birth team to be on alert. The kids and DH are cleaning and I am going to try and rest. Hopefully we will have a clear answer before DH has to leave for work this afternoon.

We aren't to give a baby milk, berries, or peanut butter. We are to introduce new foods one at a time. But it's OK to inject several viruses, bacteria, aluminum, formaldehyde, phenoxyethanol, animal serum, mercury, squalene and more into an 8 week old? I don't think so.
In order to be healthy it is an unfortunate fact that people must be allowed the opportunity to be ill. I trust my body and those of my children to work correctly against the relatively benign diseases they vax for, and do not trust the ingredients in the vaccinations.
Our choice to not vax isn't based in ignorance, poverty, conspiracy theory and rumor. It's research, common sense, fact and evidence based..something the medical community has largely forgot about.

Well, now contractions are all spaced out again and baby seems to moving position. S/he has been partially posterior and laying on the right side and seems to be moving over to the left. I'll take a pokey labor if it means baby is getting into a better position. Hopefully DH can go to work and maybe things will kick in higher gear when he gets home or tomorrow.

I think I have decided to stay pregnant forever. All my friends have been checking in, helping with the kids and planning fun playdates ... I could get used to this I am still getting regular contractions at night but that happened with Reid and I went 42w3d with him so I am not holding my breath.

Me too. This prodromal labor stiff is hard, especially on the younger kids because they don't understand. I know logically it can't be much longer but emotionally I am done.
