I think that varies....some MWs will supply a lot and some give you a list. For me I think I will have a list BUT I dont think I'll have to worry about a tub...a friend of mine that has used this group of MWs said they had a birthing pool I could use....so it varies so much from one person to the next...it's hard to judge without asking directly...that being said many of the kits I see online are around 30-50 I think depending on how "delux" you go...

We aren't to give a baby milk, berries, or peanut butter. We are to introduce new foods one at a time. But it's OK to inject several viruses, bacteria, aluminum, formaldehyde, phenoxyethanol, animal serum, mercury, squalene and more into an 8 week old? I don't think so.
In order to be healthy it is an unfortunate fact that people must be allowed the opportunity to be ill. I trust my body and those of my children to work correctly against the relatively benign diseases they vax for, and do not trust the ingredients in the vaccinations.
Our choice to not vax isn't based in ignorance, poverty, conspiracy theory and rumor. It's research, common sense, fact and evidence based..something the medical community has largely forgot about.

We have a supply list stickied

But, my midwife supplies the tub pretty much. Everything else is upon me. I supply linens, I buy my birth kit. That's really it. It isn't a big expense added onto her fee. The tub is included in her fee, I have yet to actually give birth in it haha.

My Midwife had me buy a birth kit. She had a personalized one on In His Hands. It was $45. But you can get cheaper ones if your MW doesn't have a specific one somewhere. We also bought a birth pool which was $185 (that's plus a few things from the same site). Other than that we didn't use anything else. My MW brings a few supplies that she uses, mostly for after babe is born.

My midwife has us buy a special birth kit online, for about $40, then there is another supply list that has things like towels, washcloths, etc. that need to be together for the birth... most of it is just stuff around the house, that they just want in one spot. I think the total cost of supplies for us was around $50 or so.
