I'm 37 weeks today....safe for homebirth!!!! I wasn't really worried that we'd not make it to this point...I've never EVER gone early and this baby is hella high still LOL...I have no troubles walking right now...no pelvic pressure...and my cervix is extremely high still (self check)....

We had our 36 week appt last week...it was a home visit....we did the GBS swab...which I did myself for the first time LOL....that was different....never had to do that before. I hated it less that way lol....I didn't do weight because we were here and not at the office....but I think I'm still the same (our scale works sometimes lol)...bp was great....my urine was ok...well not really...but not bad....I mean...this ENTIRE pregnancy I've had higher leukocytes than normal....I dont have a UTI or any other infection type pains or symptoms....just the higher white blood cells in my urine....the midwife isn't overly concerned....but it does make me wonder.....however the other things are all negative or trace...so that makes it even less worrisome.

I finally bought the floor covering drop cloths I needed....just need a couple more little things and then we're ready....also this week I need to inflate the birth pool so that I can make sure it's not got a hole in it....We might end up buying one of those really long gates so that we can go ahead and set it up and keep it out of the kids' reach LOL....we'll see.

Anyway....we are good to go! I can't wait to meet our little boy...but at the same time I'm completely comfortable still and want him to be fully baked....so we're just in the waiting game now...plenty to do until then! LOL

We aren't to give a baby milk, berries, or peanut butter. We are to introduce new foods one at a time. But it's OK to inject several viruses, bacteria, aluminum, formaldehyde, phenoxyethanol, animal serum, mercury, squalene and more into an 8 week old? I don't think so.
In order to be healthy it is an unfortunate fact that people must be allowed the opportunity to be ill. I trust my body and those of my children to work correctly against the relatively benign diseases they vax for, and do not trust the ingredients in the vaccinations.
Our choice to not vax isn't based in ignorance, poverty, conspiracy theory and rumor. It's research, common sense, fact and evidence based..something the medical community has largely forgot about.
