Yes. With an attendant with a lot of breech experience.

I would. My midwife has experience with breech births and she actually told me after my first delivery with her that she would have no problem doing a breech birth for me because of my pelvic structure.

Yup, if I had a willing and trained attendant, and if all attempts at turning baby had been unsuccessful. Breech vaginal births used to be quite common. Several described in the Bible.
