Depends on the situation and who it is. Often I just brush it off. But given the right situation and people I will do a little education. For instance, I once had a few women from church say something about how it would scare them and what if something went wrong. I briefly talked about risk assessments and being a good candidate and a plan of action. Most people just don't know enough about it and are very quick to assert their own perceptions. Some people are open to information and some (most) are not.
