Does your midwife offer prenatal testing? Do you have them done or do you decline?

Not sure, will find out Monday. I only do the GBS test and then treat naturally if +. I've never been + before though.

yes, i was offered screening (ultrasound and blood work) during the first trimester, we decline that. The only screening we do is the anatomy scan at 20 weeks, if something was off there we would do additional testing
navywifey2003 and Earthy.Mama like this.

This is what we do as well. For the glucose test with Everett I ate a breakfast. Then with Payson we just tested my sugars.

I get most of the tests done through my backup care. I haven't seen my new midwives yet, so I'm not sure if they do. With my first we didn't do any additional testing. And I was GBH+ but we just took certain precautions and everything was perfect.
