Really truely if I only had one, I wouldn't want anything but diapers, few clothes, and a carseat. But since I have more than one (waaay more!), all of the above + a wrap.

Sling, diapers, carseat, and some clothes is all I need for my babies.

I second all the above and add BIG receiving blankets. My MIL made some for us and they are so handy.

Besides the obvious diapers and such, It would have to be my homemade boppy pillow. It raises the baby to a more comfortable level so I have less back pain. I have used them with all of my children.

my boobs, my arms, and my nice ginormous king sized bed! After that I find most things to be a moot point. The boppy is a nice extra though!
