Anita! Welcome back and CONGRATULATIONS on your precious baby boy! He is so, so cute. I'm sorry to hear that his birth was so hard on you, but it sounds like the two of you are doing very well now. Hoping that everything goes well next week with the ex...I agree with the comments you received on the other board, it would be next to impossible for any judge to take a breastfed infant away from his mother - I'm sure all will go well for you and little Cyan.
Take care of you, and hope to see you around here more often now!

Wow Anita, that is some kind of birth story. Good for you for sticking it out even when it was hard and you have some kind of patient midwife!! Your son is absolutely handsome and I hope everything goes well for you.
Congratulations on the birth of Cyan. I'm sorry that it was such a painful and long experience for you. I think we often forget how life impacts birth. I wonder if the the current stress and situation you find yourself in impacted your birth....almost like your body was hesitant to release him bc there was some fear that you would lose him (to some degree) to your ex....I am glad to hear that you are doing well now and wish you the best of luck with these court proceedings...
