How are all of our expectant mothers doing? Anything new with you?

*****

I had another appointment with my midwives this morning, at 38w3d. They had a great time mashing around on my belly, but it surprised them when I stood up and they saw how painful it was...they're thinking now that her little head is waaay lower than they previously thought. (YAY!! Although, of course, it could mean nothing at all.)

I'm really, really hoping this little girl will decide to come a little early. Like, tomorrow would be wonderful. But of course, I'm not counting on it. I'm just exhausted and evil and it hurts so much to walk...I'm beyond ready.

I'm 11 weeks. I'm throwing up, but pretty much fine other than that. I won't be seeing my midwife until January probably. We just have no need to get in quickly. I'm in regular contact with her socially, though.

Checking in at 20 weeks! I'm doing pretty well. Appointments are going fine, weight is good, everything is pretty boring!! I've been having nasty headaches, but thats really my biggest complaint!

My next appt is the first week of December!

I'm gonna be 20 weeks this week too. I bought my birth pool! I got the La Bassine but I still haven't taken it out of the box yet. Should do that sometime! I'm feeling baby kick and feeling really good; no complaints at all. The more I talk to other pregnant people, the more I am so much looking forward to having a home birth. Oh yeah, and I have an ultrasound on Dec. 3. I have consistently been measuring a month bigger than my dates so we'll see if my due date changes after the u/s.

I am 19 weeks now. Everything is going good. I have an u/s scheduled for dec 10th, cause she says I am feeling more like 23 weeks and wants to make sure there is only 1 baby.

Hope all goes well at the ultrasound!

I'm still hanging in here...due in three days, feeling funky today, but just don't think she's coming *quite* yet. A girl can dream though.

JerseyJess, where are you?

Thanks for asking! Due in 6 days-and having lots of "action" this morning but I'm not convinced it's going to actually turn into labor...ah well. They'll be here soon enough, right?

Sending you <<<ELVSs>>>

I don't know...it's really not feeling like soon enough to me at this point! I thought maybe something was happening yesterday - lots of contractions, some that really got my attention. And today? Nada. *sigh*

Oh well...she can't stay in there forever!
