Hi!
I'm Cheryl, and I'm pregnant with my first baby. I am hoping for, above anything else, a positive birth experience. Right now for me that means an unassisted pregnancy and an unattended homebirth. I will hopefully get a birth pool, or we may live in a house with a big enough bath tub by then!

I'm working on getting Rob to be ok with that. He'd like me to see a doctor at least 1x, and he'd like me to have a midwife maybe. But I think he can be pursuaded fairly easily.

november is a great month for having babies! (i was a november baby- we're awesome, lol!)
welcome to the board!
i'm having my third baby, first homebirth, attended...apparently unless the baby is breech, or at 36 or after 42w, then i'll be unattended- laws are being changed in my state as we speak, those are currently legal for midwives to attend, but will not be by the time i give birth, grr...sorry, didn't realize i was so worked up about it!
anyway, good luck convincing your dh!

Hey!! I'm really hoping to be in your DDC so maybe you'll have another homebirth supporter in there with you!
