Jeremy has been coughing something terrible today. The school even called to say how bad it was. I asked how he was breathing. Then he was good the rest of the afternoon until I got him then he coughed like crazy for a good hour or so. Then I realized the connection. Both times it was when he was outside running around it caused him to have a coughing fit.

Has anyone else's child had this problem where running around outside in fall air has kicked up the coughing or asthma?
What did you do to help them?

I did a neb treatment tonight and he seems to be doing great. I will do another before daycare tomorrow in the hopes it will help. I am not sure what else to do.

A.J gets that cough whenever it gets cold.. Obviously he is not running around and playing, but when he gets his cough I was instructed to use Albuterol in his nebulizer.

I hope he feels better soon..

We have been doing neb treatments at night. Seems to have helped. He is doing better this weekend. I just need to stay on top of it. The back and forth of Fall really does a number on him if we aren't careful.
