So we thought this flare was just about over, then DD (age 2.5) has a tantrum tonight and gets to wheezing! She was also wheezing after running around when this flare was just beginning. (in both cases rest and albuterol was a complete fix) Does this mean exercise is one of her triggers, or just that's how it is during a flare?
Any advice on this and how to learn triggers in general?
Very new at this and still learning.
All stories welcome and thanks everyone for welcoming me
p.s. on a semi-related note, anybody see a link in their kids between behavior (esp. moodiness and the "help-i-cant-stop-rebelling" defiant look LOL) and the asthma flares? Just wondering about cause and effect on this issue. DD also has allergies (severe peanut plus undetermined seasonal allergies) and I am also wondering about the link between behavior and allergies.
