When did the garnishment start? Can you call FL and talk to their c/s office? That is likely what the hold up is but it shouldn't last long since everything is now in the order and arranged... It took me 18 months + to get the office to garnish his wages... No body I spoke to in that time...until the last person obviously...told me that there was a form that needed filed. I had filed what seemed like a million of them but that one kept us on hold for a LONG time. We now get it like clockwork execpt around holidays. Banks cause issues though rather than the actual C/S office. Expect it to be late around holidays.

The order was for April 1st. The order was signed and sent out April 5th. So, I'd assume that it hit on his April 15th check?

The FL c/s office won't talk to me because im not a FL resident and I have an open case here in Ky.

I really need the $. Though I do have a job interview Thursday. Keep your fingers crossed?
