We have nothing within walking distance so we don't get out much. I like to take them out a few times a week though. We do the playground. The library is a huge hit too. Even just walking around the mall and letting them run around, look in the pet store, etc is fun; especially on rainy or really hot days.

Well - I am at work during most days..but on weekends we go to the park, take walks numerous times during the day - we play in the yard a lot. On especial days we go to the zoo, the children's museum, the science museum (there is a very interactive one), we love thrift shopping (which is getting herder the more active he is), we have a cider mill/pumpkin patch near here that is fun & pretty much free (unless you want to buy some cider or donuts) and they have a HUGE sandbox area, a track for trikes, etc...., there are playgroups during the week (but I can never go) and our library does puppet shows & other activities that gramma takes him to during the week. He LOVES just going to the children's library - but right now he is really wild in there - he gets so excited over all the books. He did a little better even a few months ago & I am sure he will do better in a few months - but right now it is all I can do to keep him from climbing the shelves - LOL.

Awesome Becky! It's crazy how different things are the older and older they become. Good thing we can adapt!
