I am hungry all the time! I swear I can eat more than DH if I let myself.

When I'm not pregnant and/or breastfeeding I always forget to eat; food's just not important to me then. Of course who knows now since I've been pregnant and/or breastfeeding for almost 3 1/2 years straight! I sure hope my hunger subsides when he weans otherwise I'll be big as a house!

DH got me on Body For Life. It's pretty strict about what, and when to eat. However basically I've been eating every 2 to 3 hours with two large glasses of water. If I hadn't been doing this and taking my vitamins, I think I would be in the looney bin by now. (My mother dealt with hardcore PPD. Tt was so bad, they labelled her schizophrenic. It was the early '80's and they didn't know much about either disease. I can totally see how easy it is to slip into PPD with my family genes.)
