I didn't even realize this board was here. I have my regular boards bookmarked so I don't usually go to the board list. I'm Diana and my DD Ellie is 16 months now. She is still bed-sharing and nurses quite frequently through the night, though we're starting her off in her crib at bedtime now and just moving her into the bed when she wakes. We'll probably be moving her into her own room this weekend to see if that helps her sleep longer stretches.

HI! I just started checking out this forum as well. How are you doing bedtime with the crib? Ripley will freak out if I lay her in her crib. since she usually falls asleep nursing around 7:30, it would be nice to have her sleep in the crib until I go to bed at 9. very interested in how you're transitioning!

That sounds like my second DD, she was never a very good sleeper and slept in our bed most of the night. Even when she was young, we started her out in her own bed, but she always woke up by 12-1am and I'd bring her into our bed to make the rest of the night easier. I hope it's an easy transition for you and it helps her sleep better!
