Hello, I am Erica. I have always looked at this board as a sort of reward! My son is 11.5 months old, but I am just too excited to wait 2 more weeks. I LOVE LOVE LOVE breastfeeding! I couldn't imagine stopping now. In fact I am pregnant, and my midwife tried to convince me I need to wean. Needless to say, I am finding new care.

I am definitely anticipating quite a bit of crap about my choice. But I am prepared!

Anyway, Hello girls! Nice to "meet" you!

Hi Erica! I am soo excited for you that you are still breastfeeding and that you are going to do it throughout your pregnancy! There are many ladies who successfully breastfeed throughout there pregnancy. I am still breastfeeding my 2.5 year old son and most people don't know because I don't want their opinions or to be judged. I love breastfeeding and I don't see a reason to stop just because he is a toddler. I usually breastfeed morning and at night and I just love the relationship that we have. There a few ladies here that have experience with breastfeeding while pregnant and I am sure they will give you lots of advice.
