How much sleep do you get a night? The average adult should get 8 hours. Do you get anywhere close to that?

Ha! I wish. I try to have the lights out @ 10pm (try being the operative word), and the alarm goes off @ 5am. I average about 6.5 hours of sleep a night.

Close, but nope. I usually get about 6-7 hours, which works fine with me!

It depends. I can average 6-8 hours of sleep. There are some nights I think my baby doesn't want me to sleep at all. I toss and turn and every little noise wakes me up. Last night, I got a decent amount of sleep which was nice.

I only get a few hours of sleep here and there... The nights that I go to sleep early (say 10 or 11 - that's early for me), I end up waking up at 3 or 4 to go to the bathroom and then I have a difficult time sleeping so I'm up until forever. And I don't really nap during the day

All I want for Christmas is a good nights sleep

What a relief to have kids that are bigger, I am so over the baby thing. There's still some waking up that happens, but now like with a baby.
I get about 7 hours average.
