I have kielbasa in the crock pot and going to make some long grain and wild rice with it. Funny, I have had an aversion to most meats for a long time but this actually sounds good. Go figure.

I am making Tater Tot hot dish! I am so excited. This way I only have to cook today and tomorrow then we will be fed for the week. With finals this week I need to make it easy. DH can't get up to cook at night because of work so that leaves me. So we will do left overs the rest of the week.
