What is the longest period of time you've been away from DH? Why were you apart?

Mine was 7 days. A few years ago, my mom had a birthday cruise- it was ALL women! She wanted a girls week. It was myself, her and a few of her girlfriends. We went to the Bahamas- a blast! I missed David so much, it was the longest we had been apart - but, it was worth it

I can't remember the exact number of days but i think around 5? It was years ago toward the beginning of our relationship. I was on vacation with my family. I would never be able to be away from him for that long now!

I went on a trip to Holland with my mom last february, and I was away for 10 days. It's where I am from, my family lives there, and I wanted to go to my granny's birthday. I wouldn't want to be away for any longer than that, and it's not like I would do it again any time soon, but I am really really glad I went. I was away from dh for a week 10 years before that, also on a trip to Holland.

like 7 days. we were at my parents and he had to come home to go back to work. it was fine. kinda long but not a big deal.

I do "girls weekends" every couple of months with my mom and sister so 2 nights is the longest we've been apart.

I believe 3 days....I flew out to see my sister and mom before my sister went into treatment.

Since we have been married, we have never spent a night apart, but before we were married. . . we did not see each other from November until March and then from March until June because I was in North Carolina working and he was here in Indiana working.

It was way near the beginning of our relationship...we had only been dating four months...I was gone for 10 days for my brothers wedding in BC Canada (The third province away from me for anyone that may not know) It was torture...I only talked to him twice the whole trip...It was horrible. LOL...could never ever do it now!!!

Since we've been married, 4 days. I flew over to the east coast for my grandfather's funeral. Now that I think back, I wish we would have just gotten a sitter for the dogs so he could have came, too, but we didn't 
Although Gabriella was conceived either the day I came home or the day after so I guess that was a cool thing about the situation.

2 weeks - because he had to go to Alberta (I'm in BC) to train staff at another restaurant.
