What room would you choose?

I'd choose my kitchen/dining room. My kitchen is very closed off and I've love to knock down a wall to open it up to the dining room. I also need new appliance, cabinets, and counter tops.

I'd love to reno the garage.
It would give us the much needed space we need to put more bedrooms (upstairs & down) and would give the kids some space as well. It's getting to the point where some of them need their own rooms, and we just can't do it for everyone. Hopefully soon we can do something.

My downstairs bathroom. It's the most disgusting thing you have ever seen. I would love to make it into a master suite with a big soaking tub and a shower big enough for 2  .

Hmmm well we just moved into a brand-newly built house lol Not all the rooms are even furnished (i.e. the dining room, living room, and 2 of the bedrooms)! I wouldn't change anything inside because the house was built how we want it but i'd do the backyard. We need a fence and i would like a pool, fire pit and screen room to cover it all to start

Were renting, so theres nothing we can do structurally, however id love a new couch (hand-me-down) coffee table (one leg has been super glued on after it snapped when we moved house) and a nice cabinet for our loungeroom.
