He does. I still do the majority but he helps out. When I was sick he even took it upon himself to wash cloth diapers!

When he's laid off yes he does. When he's working he gets a free pass because 10 or 12hrs days plus commute means he needs to eat, shower, sleep and not worry about emptying the dishwasher.

Mine does once in awhile but lately he has been working so much, I know he's tired but I get overwhelmed.

He does. I do the vast majority of it because I have the time and dh works a lot right now, but he usually helps with things like cleaning up after dinner or taking the garbage out without my asking. If I ever need him to do more, I'd just have to ask.

He does, but like some of you, it's not equally. My challenge is that we both work the same hours, and I do the lion's share of parenting, and he makes at least half the mess...sooo...ipso facto, I think he should help equally on house cleaning. But the trade off is I only deal with gardens outside.

Dh always helps alot but he works full time, plus a lot of overtime and I am a stay at home mom so I try to do more.
I do 90% of cooking, 90% of laundry, and 70% of dishes, 60% of shopping and 60% of appointments.
All other housework we do 50/50.
When I get pregnant that will change, and he always steps up when I feel ill or just really worn down.
