We had a blast. We drove 2.5 hours (stupid idea) to the Renaissance Festival. Looking back, it could have been horrible going that far away from home on a first date. (We rode together even.) Luckily, it was a ton of fun and we go back every year.

We went to eat at a mexican restaurant then off to the movies to see Dogma.

movies(cant remember what we saw) and then we went back to his house*wink wink* then he got us chinese before he took me home. we had already been together for 2 weeks when we finally went on a real date

I guess the first time we met up (we met online) was our first date. We met at Jillian's (which is now Dave and Busters) but they were closing in 45min so they weren't letting anybody else in (it was only a little after 9pm when we tried to get in) So we decided to go into the city for whatever reason. I dropped my car off at home and went with him in his car. Probably a stupid move but there was no way i was gonna drive my car into Manhattan! He was so nervous he kept driving in circles trying to find Time Square!! He knows his way around the city like the back of his hand and was so embarrassed but i had no clue we were circling, i get lost in a paper bag i have no sense of direction when it comes to city driving! We ended up chilling in a pizzeria and had some tea and cookies

We were an online relationship, so by the time we got to visit, the last thing we were worried about was a date. We ate at A&W on the way home from the airport.. does that count?
