Good question.
Can't say this is what I'm making tonight (I might be ordering pizza tonight), but here's some of my go to dinners in a pinch
lemon herb chicken breast with rice and broccoli
shephard's pie in a bowl
steak with mashed potatoes and salad
grilled italian sausage with fried sliced potatoes and green beans
crescent dogs and salad too
breakfast for dinner - bacon, eggs, hashbrowns and toast (I cook bell peppers with the eggs when I want to make this more balanced and healthier)

Tonight I am making bbq (homemade) country ribs in the crock pot, with some noodles and a veggie I haven't chosen yet. It's karate night so it needs to be done by 4:30pm. Everyone loves country ribs in our house.

This week I have been lazy and making dinner in the crockpot. I use the crockpot liner bags so that way I don't have to wash my crockpot too. LOL!
Tonights crockpot meal is bbq chicken. I'll make cornbread and some veggie as a side.
