I used to jog and do pilates videos. Since I had DS, I don't have time anymore; I need to get back into it, though, to lose the baby flab (the weight is gone, but I'm not the right shape).

I've gotten out of the habit, but I like to go 3ish times a week. I weight train and do some cardio.

I do Zumba every Tuesday. Wednesday and Thursday I do Cardio as well.

I do yoga combined with some light muscle toning exercises 4x per week. It's just at home, but it gets the job done.

I have a chronic chest pain issue that flares up anytime I do pretty much any level of physical activity, so the short answer is I don't workout. I try to work in some of the easier yoga positions occasionally, but I can't even do that more than 15 minutes every few days. Sometimes I forget and go a few weeks without doing it at all since it's not on any kind of schedule.

I have only been walking the last 9 months.

I plan to start walking more, and perhaps beginning jogging. I also have yoga and pilates videos at home, and the 30 day shred.

I've not been doing it as often as I should....start doing more when school starts. I usually walk or do an exercise video for cardio and toning.
