I have a chronic chest pain issue that flares up anytime I do pretty much any level of physical activity, so the short answer is I don't workout. I try to work in some of the easier yoga positions occasionally, but I can't even do that more than 15 minutes every few days. Sometimes I forget and go a few weeks without doing it at all since it's not on any kind of schedule.
