work out?? what do you do to work out?


I do...I have been doing it daily....I have been doing the 30 Day Shred (on day 9) and it is NOT easy....I also try to watch what I eat...to a point....I will count calories...and try to eat mostly healthy

I do yoga 3-4 times per week, but it's fairly light poses on account of the growing bump. Dh and I also try to go for good walks every weekend.

Not really except chasing kids.

My friend and I are gonna join a gym and workout a few times a week after she's back from her overseas vacation in June.

I have a work out video but I never want to do it. I seriously need a drill sergeant to TELL me to do it. I want to lose weight but I have ZERO will power.

I'm on day 25 of the 30 day shred
I do interval training on the treadmill a couple times of week.
I plan to start C25K shortly.
I walk several times a week once the weather finally starts to cooperate.
I chase a super fast 8 month crawler all over all day every day!

I also count calories using myfitnesspal. I'm officially down 60lbs since I gave birth 8 months ago. 50lbs related to pregnancy, 10lbs on top of that and another 20lbs to my first goal.
