a couple times a week...I keep em around for about a week-week and half...I try to get them all eaten up cause I HATE wasting food...if we don't eat it I will more than likely give it to my chickens, they eat pretty much anything (besides citrus).
when i was young, we lived in San Diego and my former step father was in the navy. of course we always had a lot of young navy guys come in and my mom would feed them, and give them a place off the base they could come to. so when she cooked, she COOKED A LOT. but back then, there was always navy men raiding our fridge to leftovers rarely lasted more than a day or two. when we moved to MN and ex-step got out of the Navy, she still cooked like that for our 7-person family so left overs lasted for WEEKS. i hate leftovers lol
