Is anyone else having the problem were you baby seems to be crying more? I mean like is she/he in the stage of crying for no reason... every time I walk away from Adriaan and he cant see me he cries. If I walk by him and don't pick him up he cries...he just seems to be doing a lot of crying for no reason. Please tell me I am not alone.

sounds like seperation anxiety to me. and it is totally normal. Kyla went through the same thing. try playing peek a boo games with him. hide and say 'where is mommy' then jump out and say here i am. it will teach him that even when he cant see ytou, that you are still there. it really helped with Kyla. even now i still will play it at least once a day.

Yep, Ben I think is just coming out of a pretty fierce separation anxiety phase. It hit him around right around 7.5-8 months, and it caused a lot of night waking, too! Crossing my fingers that we might be moving past it now, though!

Well I've read a lot about separation anxiety in infants and it very unlikely for children with the parent(s) 24/7 it more likely something else. I think I know what is wrong with Adriaan! He is sick AGAIN! WHY?

Caden does the same thing if I walk away from him or he cant see me. I do the peek-a-boo thing, and talk to him to let him know I am still there.

I took him already. It's just a virus not an infection.

Same here! He still cries... He doesn't like peek-a-boo I guess....lol Oh! and I talk to him all the time so he knows I'm still here.
