How are you ladies handling the sleep deprivation that comes with a new little one? Do you have a lot of support? Do your SO help?

I've just started getting my hubby to get up with Charlie in the morning (I get up with him throughout the night) and that's after 9 months of begging him to help more! Other than that I've been on my own but that's okay.

It's been pretty rough. DH helped me the first few weeks until I heale from my c-sec. When he had to go back to work, I quit waking him up in the middle of the night.

I think the biggest piece of advice that I can give (you probably hear this a lot) is to nap when the baby naps! For a while I was obsessed with housework and being on top of everything but it's okay to let everything go a little to get the rest you need I hope things start looking up. It might not seem like in the near future but your LO will start sleeping more at night eventually. *Hugs*
