I was 104lbs at my appt that confirmed I was pregnant, and I was around 140 right before I gave birth.
Right now I'm 115, and hoping not to go back below 110, I haven't done anything to lose weight, however I do want to get into some sort of exercise routine to get back in shape. I feel really weak and tire easily sometimes so I think it would help.

I still have 5-10 pounds to go before getting back to my pre pregnancy weight of 120-125. I was luck and only gained 40 pounds. When I go back to work in a month I'll be walking back and forth to work so hopefully that will help
I'm at my pre-preganancy weight, technically. But not really. That was my weight at my first appointment, 11 weeks or so. I had already put on some pounds. I don't know exactly what I weighed then.
I do know that my lowest after #1 was 15 pounds lower than what I am at now. I want to get back to that! I did not follow a specific exercise or diet plan. I credit it all to nursing. It doesn't seem to be working this time so I have to start watching what I eat. I haven't done that very well since I got pregnant with #1, 3.5 years ago! I only had 3 months between finishing nursing and getting pregnant again, so I have gotten in to some bad habits, as far as not having to be strict about calories.
