Hello Everyone!

My fiance and I have decided to create a mini us. I get so excited about being a mommy and I am starting to think that it may behaving an impact on us conceiving our little bundle of joy. I read the do's and dont's of getting pregnant just to make sure that I am maximizing my internal environment for pregnancy. Everyone that I talk to and everything that I read says to just relax and let it hapen.

Any tips on how I can calm myself down and just relax when it comes to getting pregnant?

Hey there! Welcome to the Forums.
I think the best way to get your question answered is to post it again in the TTC#1 main board. The one that you posted in here is the TTC Journals board which if fine but its more so for people who are blogging about their progress on TTC.
