CD 18 of Cycle #41...

Sorry I haven't been around much.

We had a trip down to South Carolina for our Family Reunion and my mom had her knee replacement on Monday, so I've been at the hospital visiting with her every day.

She wound up being placed in ICU after her surgery because she had a bad reaction to the pain meds they gave her. She couldn't wake up and they weren't sure if she'd had a stroke or what. We were pretty scared. By the next day she was feeling much better.

She's still in ICU now, but they are hopeful that she'll move to the 3rd floor of the hospital soon. She was up and doing a fair bit of moving today with her therapy and all, so she was pretty tired by the time we finished our visit.

I've been really haphazard with this cycle... I had some crazy ovary pains Sunday night and into Monday. Forgot to OPK for 2 days, but caught a + or possibly my surge on the way down and just happened to BD the night before. Temp took a pretty healthy jump from yesterday's, so maybe yesterday was O day. I also noticed a bit of pink in my CM this morning, which is different. I don't normally have any kind of bleeding or spotting around O time... so I did find that curious.

Anyhoo... I'll do my best to check in when I can, but the daily trips to the hospital in Jersey are making things a bit on the tough side.

happy to hear from you!! Glad your mom is doing better after that scary moment!! At least you gave this cycle a go, regardless if it was haphazard or not Fingers crossed!!!!

I'm glad to hear from you, but wow about your Mom. That must have been scary for all of you! I'm hoping she's well on her way to recovery, and out of the ICU now!

Don't worry about updates...JM is always second...but please do update us on how she's doing when you have the chance!
