My temp finally went up this morning so FF has be O'ing on CD18 which was last Wed. We BD Sun CD15 before DH left so my chances this month are slim. He didn't get back until 2am on CD18 so BD was out of the question. At least I know I O'd this month even though it was really late. That will only give me a LP of 11 days.

It's only 8 pm and I'm about to head to bed. I am so tired I can't keep my eyes open much less think straight. I got hot and dizzy and almost passed out cooking dinner and then again during my shower. I guess maybe I'm coming down with something because even if I did manage to catch the eggie BDing Sun when O was Wed it is WAY to early for those symptoms. I've noticed that sometimes I get totally exhausted about a week before AF shows. The cramps are starting in already which I hope doesn't mean that my uber painful endo period cramps are going to show their face this week. AF should show the 21 or 22. Father's day or DH b-day. This would have been such a perfect month for a BFP.

I hope those cramps leave you alone soon! I know you didn't have the chance to BD more, but you definitely still have a shot! Good luck!!

4 DPO

I've decided mother nature is very cruel. Why is it that most early pregnancy symptoms mimic AF symptoms? I'm laying in bed propped up because my lower back is killing me. I've also been having pain on my right side wrapping around my back. I usually only have that ovary pain during O. I'm not sure why it's sticking around this long. My cramps are still coming and going as well. The cramps don't usually start kicking in until about 3 days before AF not 8. I've also got a migraine which I haven't had one of in about 3 months. Sometimes being a woman sucks. On a positive note I got registered for my paralegal course. I'm 4 classes away from a degree in criminal justice with a minor in psychology. I found out last week that part of the new 9/11 GI bill is a spousal tuition assistance program. It will pay up to 6grand for a masters, associates, bachelors, certificate, or license. I figured with today's economy having a degree plus a paralegal license/certificate it might be easier to get a job. The class comes with all the books, the national exam, and a laptop. (DH and I are fighting over the laptop) How cool is that? The assistance doesn't cover books or anything else but since all of that is included in the cost they pay for it. I want to do crime scene work but if I can't get into that I will take being a paralegal and maybe work my way into investigating for the DA's office.

Is implantation at 4 dpo even possible? All i can find are yahoo and wikipedia answers.

Today got off to a late start. When DH works 24 hour shifts he gets home about 7:30 and wakes me up somewhere between 8:30 and 9. This morning he just came and crawled back in bed with me and I didn't get up until 12 I haven't slept that long in who knows how long. I could still go get back in bed and go back to sleep. We went to get my mom a birthday present today and I about died. For some reason sometimes the air outside makes me itch like crazy. It was so bad from my waist down to the bottoms of my feet on the front and back that it almost made me sick. I made it home though after a trip to the chocolate factory about a mile from my house. Another one of those days where my symptoms could be AF or early pregnancy symptoms. Upset stomach, horrible back ache, cramps, ovary twinges, headache, exhausted....my nose is all stuffy too. I guess my allergies/sinuses are going to start acting up again. I'll just suck it up and deal because my EWCM is bad enough without allergy medicines to dry me up. Tonight I'm making a pasta with linguine, white wine, scallions, lemon juice, shrimp, and crab meat. We haven't tried it before but it was in my WW cookbook so I thought I'd give it a shot. Afterward we are going to watch Underworld 3. Hopefully by then my hot water will be working and I can have a nice bath before bed.

I don't know what is worse. Waiting to O or the 2WW. I'm 5dpo today. I'm pretty sure my chances are slim this month. I o'd on CD 17 or 18. (opk was + cd17 - cd18 but FF says CD 18) I was only able to BD on CD15 because DH went TDY and didn't get back until after O. I started having cramps yesterday and AF isn't supposed to show until the 22nd. They usually don't start this early. I'm also having ovary pain which is unusual. It feels like somebody is tap dancing in my stomach with all the bubbling along with it being upset. My back has hurt to the point where I've been in tears off and on yesterday and today. I've had a small headache just lingering. I've been super cranky which I usually am before AF but I'm also super weepy and that isn't normal. I'm exhausted but can't sleep. Except for last night/today. I also got a dizzy spell two nights ago twice and almost passed out. I think my strangest is earlier my boobs went all tingly and numb now they are just sore. Ok I think I'm done now.

BTW does anybody start testing at 6dp until AF? My LP will only be 11 days this month so I'd only be testing 5 days and I have IC's

First- your dinner plan sounds YUMMY!!!

As for when to test... even with your shorter LPs, 6dpo is way too early ever. Typical implantation of the bean doesn't happen until 7-10dpo, so at 6 and 7dpo, there isn't any bean yet, so there isn't any HcG. With an 11 day LP, I'd suggest either testing the day AF is due or after.... at the very earliest 10dpo if you really want to test & get it out of your system. Just my opinion.

Thanks Jackie. I *know* it's way too early but I think I've become an addict

I am officially about to kill DH. He informed me tonight that there will be another trip to the desert during the time I will O next month. I realize we make about 400 bucks off of it but I cannot get pregnant without him. Since I will be getting u/s every 2-3 days I will know when O is close and we can time it perfectly but if he's gone...uhhhh

Oh no!! I hope he doesn't have to go away again! If it's going to be a strictly monitored cycle, would you think about delaying that monitored cycle? Ugh! I'm so sorry! Let's hope you don't have to look that far ahead and that you get a BFP THIS cycle!

How dare he! You need his little men!! But maybe you won't because you are going to get pregnant THIS cycle

I'm right with ya on the AF/pregnancy symptoms. My nips hurt sooo bad, but sometimes that happens right before AF. But it started at like... 3 dpo I'm going to be crazy until I can test next week.

Today was a long day. To start it out when DH got up at 5:30 to get ready for work I felt horrible. I was light headed and nauseous. Luckily by the time 8 rolled around I felt a lot better. I work at a retail store while we are overseas. So many people are going on vacation that my manager has decided that I need to learn another department in the store so that I can fill in while people are on vacation. This is what happens when you work hard. You get tossed around I know know how to do 4 out of 6 departments in the store. On happier news DH sent me a text message while I was at work letting me know he would be here during O time. He's out of the dog house now. He'll be gone instead around the time AF hopefully doesn't show up. Symptoms are pretty much the same. The cramps went away and the lower back is even worse than before. I'm also hungry all the time but that's a normal PMS thing too. I get to where I could eat everything in the house if I would let myself. It's not just cravings either. It's actual hunger. I'm trying so hard not to POAS because I know it's too early. I think I've become an addict. At least it's not harmful though. I got a +OPK CD17 and a -CD18 but FF has O on CD18 so I'm either 6 or 7dpo. That`s all for now because I have a spotted dog barking at me for attention.

I had some really weird dreams last night. I don't remember them but I do remember they were about babies. Imagine that. My *babies* are currently in trouble because I happened to look out back and they were going to town digging a huge hole. I got my log in for my paralegal course yesterday. It's all total a 915 hour course with 15 books on the way I think I might have taken on a little too much trying to do that and finish my degree at the same time. At least I won't have to think about TTC as much. I have a lot in the next months so that should help as well. We are taking the train up to Amsterdam in August for our anniversary. That's the only place we've found that has good mexican food. It's owned by two mexican guys and is out of this world. Just VERY spicy. Then in October my dad (mom is still thinking she hates flying) DH, and I are going to Dublin for 4 days and then driving through Germany into Poland to go to Auschwitz. We are going to hit Krakow and Warsaw as well. Then back in Germany we'll get Dachau and the place where DH's grandfather was a POW. Then it's cleaning house throwing away a lot of stuff and waiting on the packers at the beginning of November. Then 3 weeks without any furniture or anything just a crappy loaner bed from the US government, one week in a motel and then HOME. I'm so ready to go home. Anyway,

I'm past the hopeful part of the 2WW. Now it's the I know I'm not pregnant and I'm

I have been so gassy today I don't know what my deal is. Between that and the stomach gurgling I'm going nuts. My AF symptoms did go away though. No more cramps or ovary pain...the quiet before the storm?
