Let me start by saying that I am so incredibly jealous that you have an entire week off of work. I would love to just not be here right now but in my current state of mine I would probably just mope. I can't wait to hear about the day spa

I'm starting to hit the gym even harder as soon as af arrives which seems like its going to be today or tomorrow. Sigh... anyways doesn't the saying go April showers bring May flowers??? So May DDC here we come!!

Woo hoo I had a great workout - burned 400 cals. Same as yesterday. And my butt and legs are sore from the weights and lunges/squats yesterday. I want to keep it up all week and keep it up 3-4 times/week once I go back to work. I can't wait to be toned and lean again

Way to go!! Now that af has shown for me I am adding in some weight training and toning too. Maybe we can focus on exercise as opposed to TTC and before you know it we will be thin, toned and pregnant!!

Hi Sam!
Yes, AF is gone and I finally got me some last night (see my chart). Since I have this week off I'm getting lots of rest and it's sending me crawling up the walls hehehe poor DH!! I'm always harassing him!
I haven't been temping so far (not that it matters this early) and I love it.. I might just keep it up. I think I'm safe with using OPKs, since I've always Od after getting a positive. But I might chicken out and use temping to at least confirm O. We'll see how I feel in a week!
Also the only supplements I am taking are my prenatals and this raspberry Leaf Tea. The two times I took EPO it made me O later, but I did get pregnant one of those cycles, so I have a love/hate relationship with it. I have not taken it this cycle.
I'm getting more exercise. I went twice this week and plan to go again today.

I'm supposed to go for dinner with a friend but really don't feel like it! I feel bad cancelling though!

I completely hear you. I was so proud of myself that I was giving up temping until I realized all the cons of not knowing the exact date of O. So yeah, I will be doing the same but that is it.

I am so happy you are enjoying your time off and getting some from T since af has left the building. And way to go on the workouts!!

I just realized that because of my short lp, I have almost caught up to you. Yey-- we will be in the 2WW together

Sam, yay for being in the TWW together this time! And yes I'll probably temp just to confirm O and then stop...

Thanks Jeni, I just had another great workout - burned 450 cals this time. I'm going for dinner with a friend so I hope I can be good and not let that workout go to waste!

Guys I just realized I can't be totally oblivious to my O day even if I tried - my nipples start hurting the day of or day after O and I can NOT ignore it

How's the no temping going?? And I had to LOL about "knowing" when you're O'ing! My boobs get sore for a day or two around O as well and it's impossible to just ignore!!

Keep up the good work with the workouts!! You've certainly motivated me back to doing it again.

Thanks guys!!
I'm planning on going to the gym again today and then renting some movies..

I also booked my spa treatment. It's a "sweet ginger & milk body glow" and this is how the site describes it:
"A gentle body wash is followed by a sugar, ginger, cardamom and sweet orange scrub to help slough away dry and dull skin. After the body is rinsed, a blend of warm milk, sweet orange and grapeseed oil is massaged onto the skin. The full body is rinsed and then with rhythmic strokes, grapeseed oil infused with sweet orange is applied to the entire body." I can't wait!! This spa also has a bunch of pools to lounge in, including a dead sea salt pool, green tea pool, cold pool and infrared sauna!!

I also found a great website with recipes you can make for your body, hands, feet, etc. and you can find the ingredients at home or in your grocery store! DIY Beauty Recipes | Arizona Spa Girls

WOW!!!

That sounds like a slice of heaven and so sensual- I am double jealous now. I think I am going to book a spa treatment for my b-day next month. Speaking of birthdays-- you're a Leo and isn't yours coming up???
