I thought I might start a journal to keep up with all of my ttc nonsense. What's going on recenly is that I had an HSG done on October 3rd and my tube is clear. I'm a one tube wonder as I had my left one removed due to a cyst. But, here I am and I'm still hopeful. My FS confirmed that I wasn't ovulating on my own, but they won't give me clomid yet because OH, who already has three kids, has to get better SA results. Apparently, the motility left a little to be desired. However, I don't know if it was always that way or if it got that way as his youngest is four years old. Meanwhile, I started using soy iso as a natural alternative to clomid. Last cycle I took it 2-6, this cycle I'm going to do 3-7 and up the dosage a little bit. The first time I took it, I definitely felt OV.
For now, I'm CD 59. I finished provera this past week and waiting on the so I can get on to my next cycle. I purchased a used CBFM on craigslist and I'm excited to use that as well.
Congrats on starting a journal! It's one of the most therapeutic & cathartic things I've ever done. It's a great outlet to be able to vent, whine, complain & hope about everything TTC!
I hope the Soy works for you. I bought some a while back and tried it for one cycle. I never had trouble O'ing, so maybe it wasn't needed at the time... But in the past 6 months or so, I've been O'ing later than usual, so I'm wondering if it might be helpful to me now.
I hope you start a new cycle soon so that you can get a great shot at catching that egg!
