Las Vegas CD5. After today, I will not be tracking my days. I am going to 'just have fun' this cycle and see what happens.

My brother and SIL are handling the news about there baby really well. I think they are going through all the emotions as to 'why' and what not but they both said they would not trade him for the world and that he is going to touh so many lives. I think his will be a wonderful learning experince for all of us.

Have a wonderful Thursday!

Thanks everyone for your kind words! No updates yet but I can't wait to see him on Saturday; Saturday is his baptism. I get to make a cake for him too .

The Vegas cycle continues... We started BDing and it was actually not planned for once it was kind of nice. 6 days until Vegas and its going to be a busy week at work. I have training on Wednesday that is going to make me have to stay late for and an all day meeting on Thursday at on of our other offices 2 hours from my office. Which means I won't be back until late but I do have Friday off!!! We have an office in India and two of our associates from India is in town all week; making for a busy week. Today flew by, I barely had time to get my normal work done but I managed!

I had a nice weekend this past weekend. We stayed home for the most part and hung around the house...very much needed especially after the crazy month I had and with our vacation coming up. It was nice to spend lots of time with my furbabies too!

We have our rental car booked and ready for our Grand Canyon and CA trips booked! That is what I am looking forward too most. Meanwhile to get ready for his trip and I am doing a Turbo Fire 5 day eating and workout plan to help push myself without running before the trip. I did buy 2 new swimsuits for my vacay and want to look somewhat decent in it. Day 1 of the plan is done, 4 more days to go! I did all my measurements and my weigh in before so we will see if it does anything.

I also decided to buy a book for my trip, this way I have something to read on the plan and when I am sitting by the pool. I decided to buy 50 Shades of Grey and started reading it this past weekend and now I am about half way through. I am having a hard time putting the book down so I ended up ordering the next two books right away to bring along lol. I think this book would be a good read and a great topic for conversation for the book club .

Ttc wise...like I mentioned we are of course trying but not tracking and trying to be more relaxed. Friday, I am finally going to make the call to get going on setting up DH's SA. I know I can simply go into a conference room or my car to make a call but I think once I make that call it's really going to make this infertility stuff more real. Why is it so difficult to accept??? I really was hoping it didn't have to come down to this but it does and I am ready to face it... I think.

That's all I have for today! I hope everyone had a great Monday!

4 days until Vegas It's going to be sooo much fun! So

Tomorrow I have a long all day meeting at work and then I am off for 10 days! That's going to be so nice. Friday I will be watching my nephew Braylen (my sister's baby) and then afterwards my sister is going to cut my hair and do my nails. I am excited for her to do my nails. She is a hair stylist and does such a good job. I started packing for Vegas but will finish probably fri/sat. DH will have to do a load of laundry before we can finish. I also have to run pick up a few last minute things before we go but I think I am pretty well set. We put together a list of what we needed and we have to make sure not to forget anything. These types of vacations are a little easier to prepare for because we don't have to worry about groceries, that sort of thing.

Cyclewise... I think I'm going to end up Oing before Vegas, maybe before the weekend. Sooner than I wanted but oh well. Last night I had tons of EWCM and we BD'd last night again as well now today my ovaries have been feeling achy on both sides. Don't know if that means anything but usually it's just my right side and every now and then the left side. I am almost afraid to do my workout tonight because of how achy they feel. Oh well.

That's all I have for today. I hope everyone had a great Wednesday!

Just checking in...we arrived safely in Vegas. Towards the end of our ride it got kind of bumpy and made me really nauseous.

Hope you're having a great time in Vegas!

I'm glad your brother and SIL are handling the news well. From the photos on Facebook, he looks like an absolutely adorable, precious baby boy. It will be harder for him, but I'm sure he'll have a great life and bring great joy to others as well.

I'm home and back to the grind already! I had a wonderful time in Vegas but the highlight of my trip was going to herbs beach in Cali and going to the Grand Canyon! I definitley want to go back to both places... So my to see in Cali and I want to go on a hiking and camping in the Grand Canyon. Vegas was a blast of course too! I spent all my mornings while in Vegas laying out in and by the pool . I could seriously do that everyday of my life! We didn't have any plans in Vegas but to check out all the casinos, do a little gambling, see where the day took us and that is exactly what we did! We did tons of walking and going from casino to casino. That pretty much sums up our trip! The weather was perfect too! Nice and hot .

Update on my nephew....he is doing really well and all the important tests the docs have been doing he has been passing which is huge. One of the tests being his thyroid and that came back normal and his heart is still doing good. I guess people with down tend to issues with those two things. So far the only thing they are seeing to be a problem is his hearing, it seems as he can hear but not great so be may end up having to wear a hearing aid. They plan on retesting his ears in a couple weeks though. It's been such a relief to hear his health is great .

Robyn you are right...he will bring so much joy in our lives as well as others.

Cyclewise..I have not been keeping track but I did peak and I am on CD23. AF should be here by Friday but hoping she doesn't come. I started having some slight cramping yesterday and a little today. My bbs are starting to get sore but I guess that's normal. I have had couple odd food cravings but that can happen when AF is around the corner, I have also had bouts of nausousness, and acid reflux. I have so been getting an increased amount of CM which has happened but not normal for me. I think this is the most I seen this late in the cycle. I am wondering if the FertileCM has anything to do with that. Who knows...I really don't want to read into this. The last couple cycles I O'ed early and AF came a bit early so I have no idea when to truly expect AF. I give it to Friday before I will consider testing.

Alright...it's bedtime for me so I hope to catch up a bit more in the next couple days. Tomorrow I have to go to my dad's after work, my muffler broke the Saturday before we left for vacay so I'm not sure if I will have much time tomorrow to catch up.

Have a wonderful night!

Glad you had such a great trip Dawn, I bet all those places were amazing to visit - if it were me I also deffo visit the grand canyon, it always looks almost unbelieveable in photos!

Glad to hear your nephew is doing well, on the hearing front..my DF's neice has hearing difficulties from when she contracted meningitis as a newborn, she has had grommits fitted twice now which make the world of difference but they dont last very long, i think now they're lookign at hearing aids for her. she's a lovely little girl and manages perfectly, the only affect it had really was on her speech but she's 3 now and its coming on leaps and bounds. Hopefully your nephew will do just fine too

Urgh i'm sorry about the spotting, your right..it shouldnt be this hard

So the spotting has stopped, at least for now. I hate this when my body does these kind of things.

Jen...I am sure my nephew will get a long just fine, he just may be a little slower.
You definitely have to check out the grand canyon! It truly is amazing!

Just a quick update...my temp was 97.5 which is a nice temp above coverline for me. I am still spotting very lightly so it seems to me AF is just taking her time arriving that

Some good news though....DH SA is scheduled for Thursday Sept 6th! Which works out perfect bec that will be during our next tww.
