I'm so sorry for whatever you're going through. We're here for you whatever you need.

Also, your increased fertility after a miscarriage is supposed to last for about 6 months afterward, so you definitely didn't miss it!

Thanks for the support, ladies. I apologize for my absence the past few days. My family issues are, unfortunately, ongoing, and occupying a lot of my thoughts.

As for my cycle, AF is on her way out. Ready to start BDing this weekend. I hope you're right about that 6 months, Robyn! I hope everyone is doing well, and I am going to try to be around more to support you all.

I agree with Dawn. Take all the time you need. Someone told me that most women who have had a loss end up pregnant within three cycles if that helps. I'm not sure how accurate that is, but it gave me hope.

Well, today is CD 8, and every other day BDing starts on CD 10

Besides worrying about my family situation, I have spent most of this week researching/planning our first ever garden! We really have no idea what we're doing, but we're gonna try it! We are also putting up a decorative fence and a storage shed, as well as filling a landscape bed that we haven't gotten around to yet. So we will be very busy this weekend. Luckily, the weather is supposed to be PERFECT

Oh yay! I want to do a small garden this spring! I am SO not the gardening type (read: i can't even keep a cactus alive), but I want to try. Especially since in the summer, we grill veggies about 4 nights a week at least...I think it would be neat to try and grow some! We have rabbits, though, so I need to get creative with our set up. Let me know how it goes...take pics when you are all done!

That is exciting! We made our first garden 2 years ago! The first year everything turned out awesome, last year not so much. I think last summer was a cooler summer so maybe that's why???

We also did a ton of landscaping last summer so I'm excited to see everything come up. Starting a garden is overwhelming in the beginning but I'm sure you'll do fine. Yes, you will have to share pictures! Have fun and good luck.

Also, we are really close this cycle, I'm on CD10. We started Bding last night .

We are going to have to do some rabbit prevention, too. I think we'll just put a chicken wire fence around the whole thing. Not the most attractive, but I will be pissed if the rabbits eat all my stuff! We are planning on lettuce, carrots, onions, garlic, tomatoes, peppers, parsley and cilantro. Most of that is for the salsa DH wants to make. We are doing the square foot gardening method, which uses space much more efficiently than traditional row gardening. Having my coffee right now, but we are headed outside soon. Fence is up first! We were slackers yesterday, so today is go time!

That is so neat. I wish I had room to garden, and lacked the dogs that would dig it up!

We are really pleased with how much we got done yesterday. Got the fence in, built 2 garden beds and built the platform for the shed. I really like how the fence and garden beds look, and we came up with a few more ideas to dress up that area too. Today, my back and legs are super sore from all of yesterday's efforts, but it was worth it We rewarded ourselves with grilled ribeyes and baked potatoes for dinner last night.

Pretty sure I saw some EWCM yesterday, but today's opk wasn't close, so I probably have a few days yet. Right now, I'm trying to stay awake long enough to watch the national championship. We're due for some BD tonight too

I've been doing some reading on the square foot gardening method - it looks cool. I'll be interested to see pics once you have it all set up. We're putting in our very first veggie garden this year as well! We're going to try the traditional row route and see what happens. Due to the dogs, I have to put it on the side yard (we are on a corner lot) so it might be sort of odd because it's not in our 'backyard'. Are you starting any of the veggies inside first? I'm going to start mine this weekend! We still have to dig up the plot etc., but you can't plant anything here until mid May anyways. We should start a TTC#1 gardening group .

Your garden revamp sounds great, I'm really disappointed as I spent loads of time last week and the few weekends before planting flowers and watching my bulbs from last year appear and today it has SNOWED! I got up to go pee at around 5.45 this morning and saw the snow and was so annoyed it had squashed by flowers I couldnt get back to sleep! now im shattered!

Katie, I'm not starting any inside. We're going to mostly start from plants, just because it's easier. The only things we're doing from seeds are lettuce and carrots, sine they're really easy to grow from seed.

Jen, I would be VERY unhappy if it snowed again. There would be a lot of dead plants around here if it did.

Had a pretty nice evening with DH. He got home at a decent time and we watched the first Cardinals game of the season - they won Still no + opk, but I think I just started feeling O pains in the last hour or so, so maybe tomorrow.

Are you doing more gardening this weekend? I'm planning mine all out right now, actually. It will be sort of a modified version of the SFG, due to the area/space restrictions. I've got a good mix of veggies, herbs, and a flower (to attract good insects to keep the pests away). I'm super excited!
