I LOVE yoga. I feel an inch or two taller when I come out of those classes. And we are nightowls over here, too. I don't get that whole go to bed early, wake up early thing.

It sounds like a lot of good changes are headed your way.

Well, O is confirmed. My RE appointment will likely be on 11DPO - I will likely test in the morning if AF isn't here, just to make sure I'm not going into an RE appointment while pregnant. That would be my best problem ever.

Anyway, done some yoga, and we've been relatively successful in going to be earlier, although not early, per say. We'll see how it continues in the next few days. It's going to be a process for us, but we did set up some rules about it, so I suppose that's good too - helping us stay accountable. At least now we're breaking "bedtime" even if it's not like there's a real consequence.

Otherwise, we had a really nice Fourth. I love my husband, and I'm glad we're able to have a more relaxing time this summer.

Thanks Elle!

~~

Well, got an email from the place I interviewed. No such luck. Too bad too, but I'm glad she emailed me to let me know. Looking on the bright side. And I have a list of about four jobs to apply for, so that's something too.

Hopefully something comes up relatively soonish!

Today has been a weird day. Had a meltdown with DH about life in general plus the whole infertility thing. Sigh.

Having weird leg pain that I'm going to mention to the acupuncture guy tomorrow. Wee.

Then spent a good chunk of the day deciding what nursery furniture I like and finding a fabric that I would love to have made into a mini-crib skirt if the time ever comes. I feel totally schizophrenic about it.

I melt down on my husband once a semester and once inbetween semesters. Job hunting and school tend to overwhelm me. I totally understand. I wonder if you stretched something too far in your leg during a yoga class?

That is bummer news about the job. Just try to keep your head up and keep looking and I know that you will find something that is perfect for you!

Thanks ladies! For my leg, the acupuncture guy did some needles for it, and then gave me some stretches to try. We'll see how it goes.

I'm hopeful on the job front, but we'll see.

And yes, my RE appointment is on Thursday! And I just found out that a friend is having hers (for PCOS/secondary infertility) then too -she's far away but it's a funny coincidence!!

I posted on the main board but putting it here too. I got the results about the insurance and ended up running around the city a little bit, but now it's taken care of.

I had to get a referral from the student health center (hence running down to campus) but now the appointment will be just a $30 co pay, and then they will cover 80% of any testing. They really don't cover any treatment So that's a bummer. But, it does mean we can at least get this stuff investigated and go from there, which is at least part of the battle.

So sorry about the insurance, but excited for your RE appt tomorrow! I'm so sorry about the job too, I was really hoping that you would get it. How is your leg feeling? Hopefully the accupuncture and stretches have helped. Can't wait to hear about tomorrow's appt!

Read about RE appt in ttcma. My RE did the same thing my first cycle after I saw him. He called it the "clomid challenge". Hopefully IUI will work for you! GL and KUP!

Thanks Nicholle!!

I posted in TTCMA but I was so tired last night and so busy today that I didn't get in here.

We really liked the Doctor, which was good. Like, not like, he's my friend, but rather, it felt like he knew what he was talking about. I'm sort of curious what will happen when we get our test results. Some of them were just baseline metabolic tests, but then whenever I hit CD3 (likely sometime next week), it'll be time to do the hormonal testing. I'm hoping that comes out okay, and he's not insisting we move directly to IVF or something. I'm really, truly hoping that doesn't happen. He doesn't seem like the kind to do that.

DH had to do a repeat SA today - they were not satisfied with the level of detail in the report, which I can understand - there was very little detail about morphology at all. His volume, etc, were fine, so we're hoping that this piece is okay too. And then we'll go from there.

He's recommending a Clomid IUI at this point - depending on what the results say, obviously. We'll likely have at least 1 more cycle unmedicated before we do the IUI, since we have to do bloodwork, etc. That's fine with us.

In the meantime, I'm probably going to get AF today or tomorrow. Sigh. Onto the next, I guess!

I'm glad that you are happy with the RE and that he is getting these tests done. I hope they can figure out what is going on and get you to your BFP. I wouldn't want to go straight to IVF either. Have you done Clomid before?

I haven't done Clomid before. Since I ovulate on my own, there's really no reason to do it unless they want to do a cycle where they can control everything.
