I did find out I can use it. But yes it won't start until January.

What I couldn't confirm is if we'd have to actually pay for Oct, Nov, Dec.... You have until March 31st to purchase... If we have to pay, but can't use.. not only do I think that theft/failure to provide paid for service.. we will just wait until December to buy.

I got some bad news today regarding my PAP. Details are in the private forum. But we will be officially nttc until some test results come back (unfortunately, not fertility test results. BLAH). Gives the supplements I'm taking a chance to start working. Hopefully only 2 cycles, maybe 3 off. As much as it sucks... it's not the end of the world AND we will have covering in January.

Hopefully this new discovery will lead to me being able to get some further testing and answers in January. I'll still have to pay for all fertility bloodwork, but I might be able to get a HSG or the one where they go in with the camera.. I can't remember the name... to check my tubes to see if there's something going on in there causing the pain I've been having.

So I was doing some thinking after reading a thread on another board. I've always been worried about hitting menopause early since my mother did.

My mom had her tubes tied, and went into menopause very quickly. I now remember her joking that she just should have waited a year and saved herself the surgery. It is highly likely that my mom went into menopause because of her tubal.... and not because she was ready.

This excites me... makes me feel like I might have more time and that my biological clock isn't ticking down like crazy.

So to sum up what I've been saying in the private forum... they found pre-cancerous cells during my pap, and I have to go have them checked out. I've talked to a lot of people, and a few nurses and I'm not panicking, but I am keeping my head in worst case scenario just so I'm not blindsided. The test will happen likely in Mid October (since their only Sept appointment was too close to the end of my cycle, AF could show up. They told me yesterday we do not have to TTA.. but that if we were to get pregnant and the new test shows that I needed something removed, it could pose a risk to both the pregnancy and my overall health. But since my cervix looked healthy to the NP (in training to be a midwife), with no blemishes except a little scar tissue around my Cervical OS (I've been manually dilated twice for losses so that was expected) this is a very good sign.

something I'm taking must be working. I feel more level, I seem to be sleeping better (falling asleep pretty easily too).... and I'm already showing signs of O on cd 10.

I really wish I had a sugars monitor to see what they're doing.

I am so glad you are feeling more level and sleeping better! Also that is an amazing realization about your mom I know that has been weighing heavily on you. I am so hopeful for you Ashley!!!! And also hoping you dont actually have to start paying for insurance until January because that makes NO sense otherwise.

Quick side question too. . .

Is that like D&Cs? Should I expect to have some scar tissue after 2?

likely yes. Mine weren't D&C's.. my first since it was a medical termination of live fetus due to genetic disorder ( as listed in my files LOL ) so I had to visit the abortion clinic.. so I was awake and they use a suction system (hence why I'm now afraid of the dentist). They use little rods to pretty much pry you open half a cm. My second was an emergency evacuation... I visited the doctor bleeding quite heavily.. quick pap showed fetal tissue in my cervix, stuck. So they just pried it open to allow the tissue to pass..

I suspect the 2nd one caused the scar tissue... but even so it's just a few little areas that I'm told look like my cervix has worry lines or crows feet around the OS lol. No one's worried... some OB's out there might monitor me for Incompetent Cervix in my 2nd trimester.. but I'm not going to stress out about it.

PP still doesn't have the October Calender for scheduling open.. so I can't book my appointment. UGH. They're going to call me back as soon as it shows up.. it should have been up last Monday but it isn't. Likely I won't be getting laid for my 30th birthday, since it'll likely be that week that they do the colposcopy. No sex 2 days before, no sex 3 days after.. if they do a chyro procedure.. no sex for 30 additional days. TTC risk aside... I will be taking advantage of every day in October that I CAN jump my husband.

I'm gearing up to O... my um.. desires.. are through the roof. Jumped him last night, despite the risk I could O any day. Screw it. They didn't tell me NOT to ttc even though I said we had been... so what ever.

I can't find this hideaway that you speak of so I'm just responding to what you've posted above!

I'm glad that your mind is at ease a bit about your mom's early menopause. A very similar thing happened to my MIL (she is 48, had a tubal about 8 years ago and went through early MP).

If I can find this mystical hideaway I'll comment on the abnormal PAP, but know that I'm thinking of you.

hideaway = private forum.

I had something to say.. and I forget what it is. I only have about 75 minutes of mental clarity after taking my evening pills before my brain is zonked. I'm sleeping so well lately I'm going to start cutting my melatonin in half (from 10mg to 5mg) and see if I still sleep well. Normally I'd be in bed by now.. but I've been trying to get my swagbucks done so that way when Woody does his tomorrow we don't bog down the interwebs.

So far this month I've cashed out $25 in my account and $20 in his. I've got a $10 card from another points site I use, plus a $5 card from plink... I'm aiming for $150 by Black Friday so I can buy DH a 2nd booster box of his Magic Cards (no laughing, I laugh at him enough )... they're expensive.

Pretty sure I'm gearing up to O... lots of CM showing up the last few days. We are technically tta... but we really suck at it so who knows . I can still have the biopsy and colposcopy I need done if we managed to oops

I also need to start majorly cleaning this house. Damon's going to get lost in here at this rate I'm slightly worried about him getting into the laundry room, I might have to pick up a mesh baby gate and hope he doesn't learn to crawl over it LOL.

It looks like he's going to come sooner than I'd like as well. They need to get the momma cat fixed, or re homed before she gets out again.. which means the kittens that aren't staying need to go. Likely 3rd week in October. Same age I brought Nola home at... I'd hoped for 7 or 8 weeks... but I understand why they have to go, especially since the mom's already trying to get out the door and she could get pregnant again as early as 6 days from now. If she was to get pregnant again, her milk could go sour and then she couldn't feed the current litter... my boy would starve (actually I'd end up with 5 kittens in my house because I don't work and could bottle feed around the clock). At least he's being hand tamed from birth (they've been able to hold the kittens since they were 4 days old), will be used to Reme and other cats.. and Nola's here to beat him around . I just hope he's as weaned, if not more than she was.... I'm afraid she'll beat him up for his kitten milk LOL

As for bratcat (aka Nola)... since her spay she has become amazingly lovable. Well.. no it started just before her 3rd heat (she had 3 in a 6 week time period.. just short ones)... now soon as I'm awake she needs to be picked up and held and loved on. If I so much as sit on my bed, she must be there with me. She follows me to the bathroom and curls up on a plastic bin, even if I'm only going for 2 minutes. She still has her mean streak... likes to play rough and what not.. but it's really like she's an entirely different cat. I can't wait to see if it persists after she's fully healed. I need to book her vet appointment for next week so they can remove her sutures (which she mostly leaves alone, I'm surprised). They're supposed to come out Friday, but I will be out of town so they'll have to come out sometime before that.

Mine and Dh's anniversary is this Sunday. I can't believe how fast the last two years have gone. Our wedding night was the last birth control pill I took (well.. no, that's a lie.. day before.. I threw up that pill... thank you sugar overload. ugh). We are heading into town for our usual dinner (TGIFridays) and a little shopping. He hasn't said if he wants to do a movie, or just spend it shopping

Went to take out the trash and managed to lock myself out of the house. I walked around our block, not a single neighbor would let me use their phone to call my hubby. So I walked to the fire station.. they'd bust out my window, but wouldn't let me use their phone. Locksmith wanted payment before he'd open the door (my purse was in the house...).. I ended up walking to the auto parts store where the workers are awesome and they were happy to let me use their phone.

I didn't have my heel supports in my shoes so I'm hurting pretty bad... but I did get in 3.2 miles give or take a little bit.

We live in a small town I'm really shocked that not a single person would let me call my husband from their phone... I'm not used to that sort of thing . I was also really shocked with the fire department. I could have busted out my own window, I had access to the garage (that's where our trash is) and a multitude of tools. Only one window I could go in through though.. Reme's.

So needless to say, we will be getting a spare key or two to hide around.

That is horrible!! I can't believe that no one would let you use their phone. What kind of town do you live in. Sorry, I am just absolutely shocked. I am glad you found some nice people and were able to get back inside your house.

I know I was floored. I had a 20 something woman with an iPhone in her hand tell me if I was locked out just call the fire department AFTER she told me I couldn't use her phone! I grew up in a town of 1000 people.. I'm not used to this kind of stuff.

As DH said "you could knock on any door near grandpas and say you were locked out and there's a 90% chance they'll just give you a key to the house." We had a key outside growing up.. but DH is a bit wary. So now I need to figure out where to hide one.

They have some nifty ideas now for hiding keys....like a rock that has a pill bottle thing attached to it that woud be burried underground...haha
We have a little pin pad on our garage door so I like that.
But if you have the option I would definitely try and hide it in the backyard or side yard..
or leave one with a neighbor ..although it doesnt sound like yours are too friendly :/

also...it goes to show you how rude and ridiculous people are now a days. I would never dream of saying no to someone asking to use my phone if they were locked out..especially a woman..especially if I had a cell phone! come on people...simple human courtesy goes a long way...
I could see if you were a sketchy looking guy or asking to come in the house but come on!

Not much to update. My Colposcopy is today (Monday) so I won't be online all day since it's a 3hr drive in each direction. Will still be 2-4 weeks before the results are back.

I peed on something last night.... this is what it looked like 24 hours later. rofl

here's what it looked like wet.

this is Damon.. isn't he cute?

And here's Damon and Mommy he already has his spot chosen.. he kept trying to crawl into my shirt

Damon's mom is starting to deny the kittens milk. Usually they do that at about 5 weeks.. so she's 1.5 weeks early. The vet told them to give the kittens replacement milk, and to introduce wet food. Silly Kiki.. stop starving my baby!
