Elle, sorry about your house! I've just gotten the time to stop by and read your journal! How scary, poor Thor but at least he is ok!

What was the name of the tea you bought? I might buy some and drink it whilst DH is away. I really really really hope you get your true BFP this cycle Elle. You deserve it so much. I also thought I'd say how great of a friend and fellow TTCer that you are.

BTW**You and Ashley have made me want to research Royal Jelly now!

Thanks so much Ashley!!

This was the tea I ended up getting:
Amazon.com: Organic Pre-Conception Loose Leaf Tea: Health & Personal Care

I chose that one over Fertiltea because I wasnt sure if I wanted Vitex or not. . . but next cycle I will likely try some Vitex as well.

CD28/7DPO

I keep checking for spotting (IB) constantly today since the last 2 times I was pregnant I had IB at 7DPO. I drive myself insane over a symptom that could easily mean nothing. . . So far no spotting. No signs or symptoms so far but that makes sense for 7DPO.

We finally decorated for Christmas this past weekend. I had been sort of putting it off because I wasn't feeling it but I am so glad we did. It just makes me happier to see all of the cheery decor. We also have a lot planned this week so hopefully that will help the TWW pass quickly. . .

My fingers are crossed for you Elle, you really deserve this!! How wonderful would it be to get that BFP right before Christmas? You'd really be in the Christmas spirit I bet then

Decorating does help, too. We aren't doing a tree this year because a certain black speckled dog would be in the tree constantly, I fear. I have pine boughs wrapped around our railing in the house with lights and he wont leave them alone!

Hope this week goes quickly for you. When do you plan to test?

Thor would attack a big tree at our place too / maybe try to climb it. . . our tree is super small

I am HOPING to not test until Saturday at 12 DPO. . . but I will most likely give in Friday or earlier. But I am going to give it my best effort this time

I spent all of last night (10DPO) trying to convince myself not to test and then I broke down and took a wondfo. . . well it had a second line but looked gray/maybe pink. Sooooo DH convinced me to take an FRER:

I was in major shock. My hands are still shaking. . . I cant believe how dark it is at 10 DPO and I could see the line at 1 minute. Already put in a call to my doc and they want me to start progesterone and come in for betas this afternoon.

I am so very nervous. But. . . this time there was no IB!! So that is different than the first two pregnancies. Well only time will tell...

I already posted on the main board but I'm sending all the sticky thoughts your way hun. That dark line at 10dpo is a great start.

Do you think your doc will give you some progesterone whilst you wait for the betas to come back? A little help along perhaps? Just a thought

So hoping for the best for you hun

I'm having so many emotions over this, Elle!!! I'm glad that things are different this time... like Ashley said, different is good.

I can't reiterate enough how many prayers I'm sending your way today and how many I'll continue to send until we know this bean is the one.

Thank you all so much I am so lucky to have all of you guys. I hope no one minds if I hang around for the first trimester again. . . I would be a complete mess with out you all.

4w1d (15DPO)
I didnt get my results back yesterday but they did schedule me for a 6 week U/S because this time of year is so busy for my doctor. That will be on 12/31 I really hope it gets the new year started off right. . .

My next betas are tomorrow and in the mean time I took some more tests.

The wondfos (in the pic at least) do appear to be getting at least slightly darker just not as much as the last 2 times:

I finally took the second FRER I had and it made me feel a little better:

Symptoms:
Exhaustion hits randomly but a power nap seems to fix it right up. I almost threw up in the car on the way home last night I think I was just hungry. I am really surprised this is starting so soon. . . I don't recall that. . .

Other than that not much to update just yet. I will let yall know when the beta results come in!!

Yay Elle!

I'm 5 weeks so I totally understand about random exhaustion.
I'll be sitting on the couch, next minute I'm waking up from an hour nap.

Take advantage of naps and moments when you can actually eat

I'm not even pregnant and I could so use a power nap right now. LOL. But I need to get dressed and run to walmart to buy pregnancy tests before I do fall asleep and then pee with out having a test

Those test look lovely.

Don't judge anything by Wondfos. They are getting crappier and crappier. I saw someone the other day who had a beta over 500 and the line was only about 1/3 the control line in darkness and then someone who had a beta of 2 have a blaring positive. In short, Wondfo's suck.

but your FRER is purdy
